Laundry Dryers - Extremely important information!  Keep your laundry dryer lint filter clean after every use.  Additionally and just as important you must clean out the secondary lint filter in your laundry closets frequently.  Though the secondary filter is inconveniently located it is extremely important to keep it clean.  If you do NOT keep it clean the flow of air to the outside is impeded if not virtually blocked and that may lead to serious condensation problems in your condo & FIRE.  A cleaner dryer works better and costs less to run and is of course safer to run as well.    See Important Video     See Consumer Product Safety Commission message.   Read  Clothes Dryer Fires in Residential Buildings from the US Fire Administration

NEVER leave your laundry drier unattended.  When your dryer is on – DO NOT leave your unit.    ALWAYS keep your dryer and it’s components as lint free as possible.  This means at the very least cleaning out the lint trap in your dryer and in the wall FREQUENTLY.   Keep your Laundry Closet as clean and free of combustibles as possible.
