The Prescott Companies has launched a new tool that provides each Pinnacle Homeowner access to their Prescott Account Activity, Bill Pay, Board Minutes, Governing Documents, Notices, and more! You can also opt to go PAPERLESS**!  All this in addition to the wealth of information you have on your Homeowner Association Website.

Think of the money you can help your Association save by cutting on postage and paper costs – Not to mention, BEING GREEN and reducing paper usage!

To request a login password for your Personal Association Account, follow these simple steps:

• Click here > Prescott Account Access

• Choose the ‘HELP’ tab

• Select the ‘LOGIN’ icon

Complete the fields in the pop-up window*** and select the ‘SEND’ icon.

Once you have sent your LOGIN request, an email will be sent to you within 24 hours (M-F) with your temporary password. Please be sure to change your password once you have successfully logged in.
