Pinnacletower.org is maintained by HOA Web Service and is designed to provide information to anyone interested or involved in The Pinnacle Marina Tower. When using Pinnacletower.org, you agree to the terms and conditions listed here (the "Terms of Use").

Pinnacletower.org, or third parties, may provide links to other internet web sites or resources. Because Pinnacletower.org has no control over such web sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that PMTA is not responsible for the availability of such sites or resources, and does not endorse and is neither responsible nor liable for any content, or materials on or available from such sites or resources, or their links. You agree not to publish, display, disclose, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Pinnacletower.org content without the express written permission of PMTA except as is inherent in the fulfillment of its primary purpose to meet the internet resource needs of PMTA staff, members and visitors.

Any action brought to enforce this agreement or matters related to the site shall be brought in either the state or federal courts in California. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these Terms of Use to be unenforceable, the remainder to the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and PMTA with respect to the use of Pinnacletower.org.
